Qualifications

• RN licensure required, BLS certification, ACLS within 1 year, CRRN within a year of eligibility.
• Experience in leadership roles such as charge nurse is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring seamless procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, providing on-the-spot feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrating their victories along the way.
• Ensure quality care delivery, monitor staff performance, and assume patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), CRRN certification (within a year of eligibility), and recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Leadership experience, such as charge nurse roles, is required.
