Neighborhood Health Center is seeking an LPN to provide nursing support at the Northwest location in Buffalo, with travel to other Neighborhood sites as needed. You will administer medications, perform immunizations, and assist in maintaining smooth patient flow under supervision of a licensed professional.
Qualifications include completion of an accredited LPN program, current NYS LPN license, and CPR certification, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

Compensation: $26.75 an hour based on a full‑time, 40 hour work week.
Plus, this position offers a sign‑on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
