Tri-County Human Services, Inc. seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee and deliver nursing services in a residential setting, coordinating with professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff to ensure person-centered services.
On-call coverage is provided as needed in the Program Manager’s absence. The role requires RN licensure in Florida and a minimum of two years of full-time nursing experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
This supervisory position oversees and delivers nursing services in a residential setting. The Nursing Supervisor works with professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff to coordinate person-centered services for individuals with substance use, mental health, or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. As needed and scheduled, this position provides on-call coverage for overall service delivery in the Program Manager’s absence, as assigned by the Program Manager.

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure by the Florida Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Requires at least two (2) years of full-time experience as a nurse. Must maintain license as currently meeting RN license requirements. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
