Qualifications

• RN degree or diploma from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Florida RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of full-time nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise nursing staff in a residential setting.
• Coordinate provision of nursing services and ensure quality in a professional manner.
• Coordinate training and orientation for nursing staff with clinical supervisor.
• Participate in QA/I programs and ensure staff coverage through scheduling.
• Ensure documentation meets licensing standards and agency policy.
