Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Two (2) years of clinical RN experience.
• Active California RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses in Neuro Telemetry 4 West.
• Support staff to reach full potential and align with department goals.
• Hold tough conversations and drive performance of people and unit.
• Collaborate with area supervisors to support hospital community health role.
• Implement unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital Performance Improvement Plan.
• Ensure staff are well trained in provided services.
• Address and resolve unit issues including customer concerns.
