We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Scheduler to join our team at Flagler Health. This role involves managing patient schedules, following up on patient progress, and ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Schedule patient appointments
2. Follow up with patients regarding their progress, treatment plans, and concerns, documenting interactions appropriately
3. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure coordinated patient care
4. Provide patient education on treatment plans and care options
5. Assist in developing and implementing patient management protocols
6. Engage with patients to foster positive experiences and build trust

Qualifications

1. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid license
2. Experience with patient scheduling or care coordination
3. Preferably within Orthopedics, Pain Management, Neurosurgery, or Physical Therapy
4. Understanding of healthcare processes, terminology, and documentation standards
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
6. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development
