Vanderheyden Hall Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver health services to adults with developmental disabilities in community residences in New York.
The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care according to the NYS Nurse Practice Act and regulatory guidelines. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a NYS RN license and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR is required, plus experience in mental health or community nursing.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides health services to the individuals in the care of the agency. The RN will provide care for adults with developmental disabilities in community residences in accordance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act and our regulatory agencies. The RN will also be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the healthcare needs of individuals and documenting the findings.
$32.00 per hour
