Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in residents’ condition.
• Provides hands-on nursing care and supports individualized care plans with the clinical team.
• Performs duties as assigned to ensure resident safety and quality of care.
