Chapel View, operated by Cassia Community, is seeking on-call Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in Hopkins, Minnesota. You will deliver compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a mission-driven team to enhance residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician's orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow-up action.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: On-Call

RN Wage Range: $37.00 - $45.10 / per hour depending on experience

LPN Wage Range: $30.00 - $36.57 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differentials:

• Evenings $1.00
• Nights $1.75
• TCU $2.00

Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be in good standing.
