Job summary

Wesley Manor in Indiana is seeking an LPN or RN to join a team delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will perform essential nursing tasks, support residents’ daily needs, administer medications, and communicate changes to the care team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a dedication to serving older adults, with part-time night shifts (6p–6a) and every other weekend. Eligible candidates hold an active LPN or RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN or RN license.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents.
• Support health, comfort and daily care needs of residents.
• Medication administration.
• Monitor and report residents' status to the team.
