Qualifications

• C.N.A. license current and in good standing.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Strong communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to resident needs and safety.
• Team-oriented mindset and compassionate care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents.
• Support residents’ health, comfort, and daily activities.
• Administer medications as directed and document accordingly.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
