Job Summary:

The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, supervising nursing assistants, and supporting all activities of daily living to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all residents.

Essential Duties:

• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician.
• Performing routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established policies & procedures.
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
