Spurwink is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our 12-bed, homelike Lewiston, ME setting. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer meds, and collaborate with CNAs under the DON to uphold best practices on the night shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care during assigned night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive overnight environment.
• Participate in hands-on teaching and guidance for CNAs and nurses.

Are you a Nursing student looking for hands-on clinical experience or a retired nurse who wants to stay engaged in patient care on a flexible schedule? We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled RN or LPN to join our team. This role allows you to provide skilled, hands-on care in a 12-bed, supportive, homelike environment with excellent staffing ratios and a focus on quality care without burnout. You will work alongside CNAs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure clinical best practices are followed.

Competitive differentials for second shift, overnight shifts and weekends.

LPNs pay $32.00-$36.00 and RNs pay $37.00-$43.00 depending on experience. As well as $3.00 and $6.00 shift and weekend differentials.

DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN license in the State of Maine
• Skilled nursing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
