Spurwink is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a per diem 12-hour night shift (one night per week) in Lewiston, ME. Work in a 12-bed, homelike environment with supportive staffing, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to uphold best practices and quality care.

RN pay ranges from $37.00–$43.00/hour and LPN $32.00–$36.00/hour, with $3.00 and $6.00 shift/weekend differentials. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional call shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Maine.
• Skilled nursing experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care during assigned night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete accurate documentation and MAR entries.
• Monitor and assess client conditions.
• Support CNAs during care as needed.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive overnight environment.
• Participate in hands-on teaching and guidance for CNAs and nurses as needed.

Are you a Nursing student looking for hands-on clinical experience or a retired nurse who wants to stay engaged in patient care on a flexible schedule? We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled RN or LPN to join our team for a per diem 12-hour night shift (one night per week). This role allows you to provide skilled, hands-on care in a 12 bed, supportive, homelike environment with excellent staffing ratios and a focus on quality care without burnout. You will work alongside CNAs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure clinical best practices are followed. Competitive differentials for second shift, overnight shifts and weekends.

LPNs pay $32.00-$36.00 and RNs pay $37.00-$43.00 depending on experience. As well as $3.00 and $6.00 shift and weekend differentials.
