Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care under the direction of the director/charge nurse. The RN will perform assessments, diagnose and plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan using the nursing process.

Responsibilities include formulating care plans based on diagnoses and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. Orientation includes BLS/ACLS and NIH certifications as required, with English proficiency

Qualifications

• Education includes Diploma or Associate's Degree in nursing.
• Must hold a Florida Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support and ACLS, NIH certifications required by orientation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Formulate care plans based on diagnoses and implement them with the care team.
• Facilitate patient care and participate in ongoing evaluation of outcomes.
