Job summary

UF Health in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct patient care under the direction of the director/charge nurse.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus, you will join a team committed to quality care and professional growth. The position requires Florida RN licensure, Diploma/Associate’s degree, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and lead care planning.
• Documentation of care and communication with care team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process, assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; monitor outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care on a full-time night shift (7pm–7am).
• Collaborate with director/charge nurse and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a full time night shift position, eligible for a sign on bonus. 7pm-7am

• NIH complete prior to completion of orientation
