St. Mary\'s Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to support the administrative functions of the clinical education department.

Reporting to the Market Education Director, you will oversee student and instructor onboarding, assist with Cerner access, and manage the LMS to track course status and reports. You will coordinate orientation, attendance documentation, and support educators, human resources, and staff across facilities to fulfill training needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• LMS experience preferred. Office management preferred.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Onboard students and instructors; coordinate orientation and attendance documentation.
• Assist with Cerner access and provide guidance to students.

Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, the Clinical Education Coordinator assists with all administrative functions of the clinical education department. The Coordinator manages student and instructor onboarding, assists with Cerner access, and provides guidance to students. The Coordinator manages the LMS to assign and provide reports of course status. The Coordinator provides assistance with orientation, documentation of attendance, and management of employees from all facilities in the market. The coordinators supports the educators, human resources, and employed staff to fulfill their training needs.
