Full-Time, Days (7a-730p) on a 24-bed unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA, with every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Diploma in Nursing is required.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• S1400 is a 24-bed acute care nursing unit that provides care to medical patients that may or may not require telemetry monitoring. This unit cares for a wide variety of medical issues, includingAlzheimer’s/dementia,psych, sepsis or other advanced infections, fall/syncope, palliative/ hospice, stroke, COVID-19, cardiac diagnosis: atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, etc.
• Our unit population consists of patients ages 20 to geriatrics. In addition to inpatient status, the staff also monitors and cares for patients who have been placed in an observation or outpatient extended stay status.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time, Days (7a-730p)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Baystate Medical Center - Springfield, MA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training;education/certifications/licensure;and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
