Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, part of CommonSpirit Health, is hiring a National Nurse Resident for the November 9 cohort. You’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, administer treatments, track vitals, and educate patients while growing through a hands-on residency.

The Nurse Residency Program provides mentorship, feedback, and professional development. Eligible for up to $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance.

Qualifications

Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire
Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred upon hire

Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
Administer treatments and track vitals as part of nursing duties
Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care
Grow through the Nurse Residency Program with mentorship and professional development
