Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY is hiring for a National Nurse Resident cohort starting November 9. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance.

You will receive mentorship and a structured residency to advance your clinical and professional skills. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized patient care, monitor vitals, educate families, and participate in evidence-based nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN and 0–12 months RN experience at hire.
• RN licensure in KY at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification at hire.

Responsabilités

• Administer treatments and monitor patient vitals.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program to develop nursing practice and leadership.
