Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a National Nurse Resident for a November 9 cohort. Eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance. You will receive mentorship, feedback, and a team-focused path to grow from day one.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, administer treatments, track vitals, and educate patients and families, advancing your nursing career through a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire and
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Administer treatments, monitor vitals, educate patients and families, and support overall patient experience.
• Engage in Nurse Residency Program to grow skills and professional development.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice, communication, leadership, professionalism, and accountability.
