The year-long program provides corporate orientation, nursing & clinical orientation, mentorship from preceptors, and completion of required courses and electives (about 8 months). Start your career in a collaborative, high-quality team.

Qualifications

• 0 to 6 months of nursing experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or another Compact State.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program and rotate through nursing and clinical orientations.
• Receive mentorship from preceptors and nurse educators during the residency.
• Engage in required courses and competencies, completing at least 50% of elective coursework (about 8 months).
• Develop clinical skills in a Magnet-designated environment focused on quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver patient-centered care on the Medical/Surgical unit.
