Responsibilities

• Attend all quality and core curriculum classes as part of the Nurse Residency Program.
• Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
• Under supervision of a licensed RN, perform nursing assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately and adhere to patient safety and confidentiality policies.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education under supervision.
