Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Graduate Nurse may work under clinical preceptor supervision until licensure.
• RN licensure or Graduate Nurse provisional license acceptable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Attend quality and core curriculum classes and complete professional development workshops.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning under supervision.
• Document care, ensure patient safety, and adhere to policies.
• Participate in QI processes and nursing procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control standards.
• Complete clinical competencies and validation requirements.
