This paid program emphasizes advanced clinical skills, evidence‑based practice projects, and collaboration with experienced nurse leaders to foster confidence and independence in new graduates.

Formación

• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and medication administration as directed by physicians.
• Document care accurately in the medical record and monitor outcomes.
• Provide prompt, compassionate, patient‑centered care and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and follow‑ups.
