• CPI Training must be completed within 1 year of start date.
• Possession of a valid North Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on assigned units under supervision of a preceptor and nurse manager.
• Rotate between departments including outpatient and emergency department.
• Participate in required educational activities and nurse residency guidelines.
• Document care, assessments, and patient education per policy and nursing standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and risk management reporting.
