As an RN Resident II, you will work with experienced nurse educators and peers, participate in monthly education, preceptorships, simulations, and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and develop your professional practice.

Qualifikationen

• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 12 months of employment.
• RN license or graduate nurse status in North Carolina.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Aufgaben

• Assess and document patient status during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses with provider notification if issues arise.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
