Job summary

Scotland Health in Laurinburg, NC is now accepting applications for a Nurse Residency Program Cohort starting July 2027. This full-time program provides nursing orientation, skills development, clinical workshops, ongoing education, and mentorship from dedicated nurse preceptors to support new graduates as they begin their nursing careers.

Applicants must be new graduate RNs or eligible to take the NCLEX, have completed an accredited ADN or BSN, and submit two reference letters.

Qualifications

• Be a new graduate RN or eligible to take the NCLEX.
• Have graduated from an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
• Provide two letters of reference from clinical instructors during the interview process.
• Obtain an active RN license prior to the July 2027 start date if selected for the program.
