Scotland Health Care System in Laurinburg, North Carolina, is recruiting new graduate RNs for its Nurse Residency Program starting July 2027. This full‑time program supports licensed or NCLEX‑eligible graduates with orientation, skills development, and clinical workshops.

You will be mentored by specially trained nurse preceptors and participate in continuing education, with a focus on safe, high‑quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Be a new graduate with RN license or eligible to take the NCLEX.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process.
• RN license will be required prior to start date in July 2027.
