Scotland Health Care System in Laurinburg, North Carolina, is recruiting new nurse graduates for a July 2027 start within our Nurse Residency Program. The program offers nursing orientation, skills development, clinical workshops, continuing education, and mentoring to support a successful transition from student to licensed professional.

Eligible applicants must be a new graduate with RN license or eligibility to take the NCLEX, and graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).

Qualifications

• Current NC or Multistate RN licensure.
• CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• National ANCC recognition; ACLS; PALS preferred.

The program offers:

Nursing Orientation and Skills Development

Clinical Workshops

Classes and Continuing Education

A supportive environment specifically designed for the new nurse.

Specially trained nurse preceptors who provide mentoring and guidance.

To be eligible you must:

Be a new graduate with RN license or eligible to take the NCLEX

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process

If offered a Nurse Residency position, a RN license will be required prior to start date in July 2027
