The program supports recent nursing graduates through guided progression, with responsibilities including bedside care, care planning, collaboration with the medical team, and ongoing education to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing school graduate.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or NLC multi-state license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas; NRP for NICU.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision.
• Assesses patient needs and revises care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinates patient care and delegates tasks.
• Documents care per required standards and safety.
• Participates in Nurse Residency Program.
