CHRISTUS Health is offering the Spohn Nurse Residency program for new graduate RNs and GN permit holders. The next cohort starts February 8, 2027 across CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline, South Texas, Kleberg, Beeville and Alice facilities.

The program provides mentoring, virtual classes, and a structured path to confident, high-quality patient care. Participants can receive a $10K sign-on bonus and $5K relocation assistance if applicable, with comprehensive support to transition into the hospital

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a valid, unencumbered Texas license or GN Permit.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of nursing process and holistic patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a nurse residency program with mentoring and evaluation.
• Engage in structured learning through virtual classes and hands-on practice.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality patient care alongside preceptors and mentors.
