CHRISTUS Spohn Health-System in Texas invites new graduate nurses to apply to the RN Residency program across Spohn Shoreline, South, Kleberg, Beeville, and Alice facilities. Cohort starts February 8, 2027 (GN permit accepted); $10K sign-on and $5K relocation assistance available.

Designed by nurses for nurses, the program mentors new grads through learning, clinical performance tracking, and virtual classes to build confidence, knowledge, and safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid, unencumbered Texas license or GN Permit.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Must have working knowledge of the nursing process as well as in-depth knowledge of therapeutic, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and developmental needs for a select category of patients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
