CHRISTUS Spohn Nurse Residency program in Texas is accepting applications for cohorts at Shoreline, South, Kleberg, Beeville, and Alice facilities. New grad RNs, GN permit holders, and RNs early in their careers are invited to apply for this residency.

The program provides mentorship, virtual classes, and a structured learning path with the goal of delivering safer, evidence-based patient care and boosting confidence in clinical practice.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a valid, Texas license or GN Permit.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of the nursing process and holistic patient care.
