Job summary

Methodist Health System is seeking a Nurse Research Coordinator to support IRB-approved clinical research across the Methodist Health System and its affiliates. Under the PI, you will perform assessments and procedures such as physical exams, TE, ECG, phlebotomy, and medication administration as per protocol.

The role requires an RN or LVN with a science degree and 3 years of industry-sponsored research experience; ACRP/SoCRA/RACC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA/BA/BS or higher in a science-related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in industry-sponsored research is required.
• LVN or RN is required.
• Certification from ACRP/SoCRA/RACC is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and manage a caseload of patients.
• Perform study-related procedures as indicated by the protocol.
• Enter data into the designated EDC system with minimal error and address queries promptly.
• Assess patient eligibility according to protocol criteria.
• Develop data collection tools and source documentation.
• Facilitate industry-sponsored research monitoring visits and audits.
• Complete other duties to support Methodist Health System Clinical Research Institute.
