Qualifications

• English proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by ACEN/CCNE.
• Current, full, active registered nurse license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivers knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing recruitment processes.
• Follows established policies and guidelines in recruitment and retention.
• Participates in recruitment and retention programs for a highly competent workforce.
• Collaborates with nursing administration, leadership and HR to meet resource needs.
