Job summary

TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our Tampa team. You will lead recruitment efforts, post positions, and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of home health roles.

You will review resumes, coordinate interviews with Administrators, and ensure compliance with employment laws while building a strong candidate pipeline and supporting growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in healthcare.
• Experience sourcing in resume databases and job boards.
• Bachelor or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment tasks: post jobs, source candidates, and manage pipelines.
• Review resumes for skills, experience and fit with positions.
• Coordinate with Administrators for interviews, fairs and events.
• Support interviewing, recruiting events, and mailing lists.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
