Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted nonprofit home health provider with a 50-year history of delivering compassionate care. We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to build a robust nursing talent pipeline and manage end-to-end hiring processes across Florida.

As a full-time role based in The Villages area, you will develop sourcing strategies, post jobs on multiple boards, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and events with administrators to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably nursing.
• Proven ability to source candidates and post jobs on internal and external boards.
• Coordinate recruitment actions, events, and interviewing.
• Knowledge of employment laws/regulations related to hiring.
• Nurse recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit candidates for nursing and healthcare roles.
• Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external boards.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Review resumes and credentials for fit with position requirements.
• Coordinate with area Administrators for recruitment actions and events.
• Conduct cold calling from resumes and screening candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in hiring.
• Support Administrators with interviewing, job fairs, and recruiting events.
