Qualifications

• Required: RN license in the state of practice.
• Preferred: BSN/Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• 3 years of professional nursing in an acute care setting; 5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting standards.
• Proficiency with computers and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze report data on occurrences, outcomes and indicators to identify trends.
• Participate in committees to provide data analysis and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate the organization on performance improvement and patient safety concepts.
• Lead activities for Joint Commission readiness and accreditation processes.
• Support risk management through identification, trending and follow-up of clinical issues.
