Qualifications

• Working knowledge of quantitative/qualitative data analytics.
• Clinical requirements to meet patient care needs.
• Ability to deal tactfully with customers and community.
• Ethical handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes.
• Drive evidence-based performance improvement interventions and track process/outcome measures.
• Coordinate workplans for POSC workgroups and facilitate meetings as needed.
• Contribute to improving patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Assist in developing policies and guidelines to improve system performance and provider experience.
• Stay updated on healthcare innovations and best practices; participate in research utilization.
