Qualifications

  • BSN or ASN with 3+ years direct patient care management experience
  • Current RN license in the state or multi-state license via eNLC
  • Advanced degree (MSN, MPH, MPA) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of quality activities and monitor quality indicators
  • Develop mechanisms for data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators
  • Monitor criteria and report data for procedures and services
  • Develop performance improvement initiatives and support sustained improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for resource utilization and quality improvement
  • Interact with faculty and staff to present quality updates and education
  • Prepare the institution to meet Joint Commission and CMS conditions of participation
  • Analyze data for trends and compliance with Joint Commission and CMS Scope of Work initiatives
