Job summary

Responsibilities

Determines education needs of personnel and implements patient and family education with the multidisciplinary team.
Provides leadership for the team in collaboration with the program medical director.
Oversees office operations for the program.
Maintains records and files for the program.
Collects and analyzes data on the program.
Ensures compliance with program regulations.
Plans and schedules program events.
Monitors program budgets.
Assists with marketing efforts for the program.
Prepares required reports.
Other duties as required.
