Job summary

Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Summary:

The Nurse Program Coordinator are professionals responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks that keep the program running smoothly

Responsibilities:
  • 1. Determines the education needs of personnel, multi-disciplinary team members and others; implements patient and family education in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • 2. Provides leadership for the team in collaboration with the program medical director.
  • 3. Oversees office operations for the program
  • 4. Maintains records and files for the program
  • 5. Collects and analyzing data on the program
  • 6. Ensures compliance with program regulations
  • 7. Plans and schedules program events
  • 8. Monitoring program budgets
  • 9. Helps with marketing efforts for the program
  • 10. Prepares required reports
  • 11. Other duties as required.

Other information:

Technical Expertise
  • 1. Experience managing all aspects of programs is preferred.
  • 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • 3. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
  • 4. Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • 5. Proficient in MS Office Suite [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic or similar EMR software is preferred.
Education and Experience
  • 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field is required. Master's degree in related field is preferred.
  • 2. Certification License in related field is required (RN is required to hold current license in Ohio.
  • 3. Years of relevant experience: 2- 4 years is preferred.
  • 4. Years of experience supervising: None.
