Job summary

The Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care provides expert wound care, collaborates with the care team, and ensures compliance with state guidelines to achieve targeted outcomes.

This role requires an APRN or PA with wound care certification, strong communication, and at least two years in wound management, with DEA license available upon hire.

Qualifications

• Current State Nursing License as an APRN or Physician Assistant in Tennessee and/or Mississippi.
• Certification in wound care (CWCA, CWCN or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of experience in wound care management.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope wound care and patient assessments in clinic or home settings.
• Document care in the electronic patient record and coordinate with the care team.
• Prescribe wound care treatments, dressings, and orders per state guidelines.
