Prisma Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care within wound care services at BMPG Wound Care, Blount Memorial Hospital, under established protocols. You will document care for billing and participate in quality and utilization programs, with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner emphasis) or equivalent NP certificate.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of work.
• Prescriptive Authority in the state; and DEA license for controlled substances.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and treat diseases within established protocols.
• Document care and billing through charting and summaries.
• Engage in physician education and capitated medicine discussions.
• Participate in proposals for managed care contracts.
• Contribute to quality assurance, utilization management, MIS selection, and patient education.
