Matrix Providers Inc. is hiring a Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health to join our team serving Military Service Members and their families at Buckley SFB. The role provides a full range of NP services and involves staff supervision and education in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Nursing, WHNP certification, current RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of Women’s Health experience. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Master's degree in nursing from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Current, active NP certification in Women’s Health.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a full range of outcome-based NP services per privileges granted at Buckley SFB.
• Supervise and teach staff; deliver educational lectures and in‑service training.
• Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions and minor trauma per guidelines.
• Promote preventive care; conduct annual physicals and health counseling.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate plans and actions.
• Recognize isolation/precautions and ensure universal safety protocols.
• Attend staff meetings for case discussions and quality improvement.

Matrix Providers is hiring a Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health to join our team of talented professionals providing healthcare services to Military Service Members and their families at Buckley SFB.

• Employment Status: Full-time
• Compensation: $65- $70/hr
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Requirements:

• Degree: Master's degree in nursing.
• Education: Graduate from an academic program, within the nursing specialty field of study that is accredited by a regional or national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
• Certification:
  • Certified in Women’s Health as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the recognized national nursing certification organization for the specialty area of practice as appropriate (for example, National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses, American Nurses Association, National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric, Gynecologic and Neonatal Specialties).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience: Demonstrate clinical competency within the past two years as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health.
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.

Job Summary:

• Provide a full range of outcome-based nurse practitioner services in accordance with privileges granted by the MTF (e.g., supervise and provide general screening and medical
• Technically direct and teach other staff, provide evidenced-based educational lectures and participate in in-service training to staff members.
• Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma within accepted protocols, clinical practice guidelines, Nurse Practice Acts, and/or in consultation with a physician.
• Promote preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care through both formal and individual education and counseling.
• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
• Recognize conditions that require isolation and ensure universal precautions are used in all patient encounters.
• Attend staff meetings to provide case discussion, continuing education, and continuous quality improvement and safety.
