The Nurse Practitioner Group, LLC is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct VA Compensation and Pension exams for veterans. You will perform history and physicals and work with a nationwide multidisciplinary team to ensure timely evaluations.

This role emphasizes adherence to VA and government regulations, proper documentation of disability claims, HIPAA compliance, and professional collaboration in an independent clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSN or DNP in Nursing from an NP program.
• Maintain a valid state NP license and current AANP/ANCC certification.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork; comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Compensation and Pension exams for Veterans Administrations vendors.
• Perform history- and physical-based assessments.
• Ensure veterans are seen within the claimed timelines.
• Follow VA/Government regulations including trainings and documentation of disability claims.
• Submit charts/orders within required timelines.
