Texas Health Physicians Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Urology Nurse Practitioner to join a growing urology team. The NP will see clinic patients in the clinic and hospital settings and may perform minor procedures as part of a holistic urology program.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited NP degree with Texas NP certification and license; 1+ year NP experience preferred. The NP reports to the supervising physician/Medical Director and will document care in the EPIC EMR, with

Requirements Needed to Apply:

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner Certification and Texas license required

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

The Nurse Practitioner ("NP") Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas.

Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.

The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.

The NP's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only
