NextCare in Montgomery, TX is seeking a full-time clinician to join our urgent care team. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week in a fast-paced, well-supported clinic, providing care to patients of all ages while following clear practice guidelines and collaborative leadership.

This role offers a competitive hourly compensation of $60–$80 with a bonus, a full-benefits package, and flexible scheduling designed to promote work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted TX license for NP/PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (FNP/PA-C).
• Active DEA license.
• Active BLS certification.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in EHR documentation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR and code/bill services.
• Maintain productivity in line with urgent care benchmarks.
• Adhere to NextCare clinical standards and values.
