Job summary

Integrated Women's Care (IWC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to manage a full virtual patient panel focused on perimenopause, menopause, weight, mood and sleep. You will prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1 weight therapies while delivering relationship-based care.

The role emphasizes high-volume, efficient visits with guaranteed autonomy within a protocol-driven virtual practice, operating across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: MSCP and/or Obesity Medicine certification.

Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location
Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager
Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States
Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
